GENERAL DESCRIPTION
At Friday night's PETZL NIGHT ON TRAIL, all amateurs and hobby runners can get a taste of a nocturnal race atmosphere. The PETZL NIGHT ON TRAIL is another highlight for participants and visitors of the SALOMON ZUGSPITZ ULTRATRAIL. The course around the event grounds at the Zugspitzbad and Musikpavillon in Grainau will be real eye candy and the festively lit course alone will ensure the right atmosphere. For participants of the NIGHT ON TRAIL, PETZL will have a large number of headlamps available for evaluation. |

START NUMBER TAGS / TIMING |
|
| |
Each participant receives a start number tag with an integrated transponder chip that is used for timing. At the start and finish these chips are scanned and its data is recorded. |

ATTENTION: EUR 50,00 for the transponder chip have to be deposited at the registration office! The deposit will be refunded after the race when you return the transponder chip! |

AWARDS CEREMONY |

The awards ceremony takes place on Friday, June 22th, 2012, after the race in the Musikpavillon. Valuable prizes will be awarded by headlamp manufacturer PETZL. The awards ceremony in a given category can only take place if at least 20 people participate in that category |
